I was there because of the local power outage from Hurricane Milton. Catelyn at the front desk helped me arrange for my family to arrive, was there when I arrived (remembering our phone call) and assisted me multiple times throughout my 1 night stay. Another agent supplied me with dishes that evening with a smile and offered more help if I needed it. They were amazing!! Afterwards, Tiffany assisted me multiple times with my early check out/refund. She was so helpful and I'd love to stay again just for this team.

Clean efficient, affordable and comfortable. I would consider it a 5 star hotel with 3star cost. Of course booking through Booking.com made it even more affordable. I’d recommend it to anyone especially if you are staying just one night for a cruise and even if you’re coming down to Florida to see Kennedy Space Center and even going to the beach.

The staff was courteous and helpful. They called to tell us the elevator was broken and William helped us get a first floor room as we have knee problems. The staff had to do extra by climbing stairs all week but everyone was friendly and didn’t seem to be frustrated by the elevator issue.

The staff was very courteous from front desk to housekeeping. I've never stayed in a room that was so clean..very accommodating. My husband has COPD and cannot lay down. We needed a bigger chair that reclined. They were quick to bring in a recliner for him..no excuses..
